CASE STUDY
BPPR Caguas Business Center
Project: BPPR Caguas Business Center
Customer: Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR)
Timeline: Completed
Key Challenge: KEPSC is serving as a traffic engineering consultant for BPPR. Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR) is proposing the construction of a commercial complex, including a drive-through bank and a business center, in the municipality of Caguas, Puerto Rico. The objective of this study is to evaluate existing traffic conditions and the potential impact of this proposed development on the surrounding road network.
Solution Approach: Behind every traffic flow statistic and every design plan are people hoping to get home safe and sound. This stems from the firm conviction that no death on the road is acceptable. We don’t conduct traffic studies simply to optimize infrastructure or comply with regulations; we demand them because we are passionate about building safe environments. We design with technical rigor, but we are driven by a human mission: to save lives and move resolutely toward Vision Zero.
Key Partners: Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR)
Results: KEPSC has completed a traffic study for the project and is working with BPPR. .
KEPSC is honored and proud to continue serving BPPR, strengthening our long-standing relationship with such a valued client.
