Key Challenge: KEPSC provides camera installation services for a traffic study in collaboration with EFGB.

Solution Approach: Installation, operation, and uninstallation of video equipment. Determination of geographic scope using KMZ files and strict assignment of counting hours. Accurate capture of Turning Movement Counts “TMC” in all directions, main, and secondary roads. Detailed recording of existing traffic light phases and timings during three consecutive cycles at peak times morning and afternoon, in addition to photographic documentation of access points, control cabinet, and power supply.
