KEPSC Celebrated its 2025 Annual Meeting
The team of KEPSC celebrated its 2025 Annual Meeting on December 12, 2025. It was a great day of learning, sharing, and celebrating a year of significant achievements. The Team also discussed the goals and opportunities for 2026 and the future.

KEPSC team members celebrated after the Annual Meeting on a delightful river cruise on the Potomac River, in Washington, D.C. The scenery, music, and food was only surpassed by the fantastical camaraderie of the team, who enjoyed the time together.
KEPSC is awarded the traffic analysis for Fernández Juncos Redevelopment project.
KEPSC is proud to have been selected by the Puerto Rico Convention Center District Authority (PRCCDA) to prepare the traffic analysis report for the redevelopment project for State Road PR-1, Fernández Juncos Ave., in Puerta de Tierra.
As the gateway to Old San Juan, Puerta de Tierra offers multiple cultural and natural attractions, and connects the fortified historic city with other areas of San Juan like Condado, Miramar, and the Convention Center. The redevelopment of the piers has potential for mixed uses that may lead to economic growth.
Klein Engineering, PSC will work diligently to successfully complete the study within the established timeframe to facilitate the redevelopment of Fernández Juncos Ave.
KEPSC is looking forward to working with PRCCDA and Plexos Group in the successful completion of this study.
KEPSC launches SPARK!
KEPSC is proud to announce the launch of SPARK: Smart Platform for Automated Results by KEPSC.
SPARK is an online application developed by KEPSC to automate data processing. SPARK allows KEPSC team members to process data expeditiously. The online application will provide tabulated results and graphics for direct use in the reports prepared by KEPSC.
Klein Engineering, PSC is excited about launching SPARK and looks forward to its immediate implementation and future development for the benefit of our team and customers.
Initially, SPARK will be used in traffic operations analysis work, but the platform will allow KEPSC to include additional modules in the future.

KEPSC Joins MBP for VDOT’s Bristol District CEI Services Contract
Klein Engineering, PSC (KEPSC) is excited to announce its collaboration with MBP on RFP #CN20250113 – a contract for Construction and Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services in Virginia’s Bristol District. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has selected MBP for this important project, and KEPSC is honored to serve as a sub-consultant.
We extend our gratitude to MBP for this opportunity to work together in supporting VDOT’s commitment to infrastructure excellence. The Bristol District plays a vital role in maintaining and improving transportation networks, and KEPSC is proud to contribute to these efforts.
We look forward to a successful partnership and the positive impact this project will have on the communities in the region.
KEPSC completed a public involvement meeting for project AC-240023
The KEPSC Team conducted a public involvement meeting to present the proposed safety improvements for PR-107 to the community. The meeting was successfully conducted on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in the Municipality of Aguadilla.
Public involvement is a key aspect of the NEPA process for a project. Community involvement is a fundamental step in achieving a successful project that will serve its users. The meeting was coordinated with PRHTA, the Municipality of Aguadilla, and was announced to the public via newspaper, banners, and flyers that were handed out to properties along PR-107.
Klein Engineering, PSC thanks PRHTA, the Municipal Government of Aguadilla, and the community for an outstanding public involvement meeting during which exceptional feedback and information were shared by participants.
KEPSC participated in Katherine Johnson Middle School’s 2024 Career Day
Klein Engineering, PSC introduced middle school students to transportation and traffic engineering during the school’s Career Day celebrated on November 12, 2024. Three groups of students participated of the presentation and showed great interest in a potential career in transportation.

Klein Engineering, PSC thanks Katherine Johnson Middle School and Mrs. Sonia Calderon-Teran for the opportunity to talk to students about the many opportunities that the transportation and traffic engineering industry has for them in the future. Our team is very honored to have participated for the third consecutive year in this great initiative that the school provides to its students and looks forward to returning in 2025!
KEPSC celebrates its 15th anniversary!
Klein Engineering, PSC is celebrating 15 years since becoming a professional corporation in 2009. After operating as a dba since January 1, 2007, Klein Engineering was incorporated as a PSC on January 26, 2009, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Klein Engineering, PSC thanks its team members, partner companies, customers, and everybody who has been a part of the company’s growth throughout the past 15 years. On this 15th Anniversary serving the community, Klein Engineering, PSC feels honored for the trust placed on us by our customers!
KEPSC collaborated with the Wreaths Across America project in Arlington National Cemetery.
The team of KEPSC participated in the 2023 Wreaths Across America project, in Arlington National Cemetery. Thousands of wreaths were distributed to family members and visitors, and were placed on graves of service men and women, and their respective spouses.
