Solution Approach: Klein Engineering, PSC worked as a sub-consultant to AECOM on the accelerated safety improvements to State Road PR-142, which connects the municipalities of Dorado and Corozal. The work done by the KEPSC included traffic operations analysis at multiple at-grade intersections, a complete road safety assessment, the preparation of the project’s transportation management plan (TMP), and temporary traffic control plans, and the evaluation of signage and pavement markings.
