Banco Popular Villalba
Project: Banco Popular Villalba
Customer: Banco Popular de Puerto Rico
Timeline: July – August 2025
Key Challenge: KEPSC partnered with Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR) for the preparation of the traffic impact study (TIS) report required by the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) for the proposed branch in the Municipality of Villalba.
Solution Approach: KEPSC worked diligently to expedite the completion of the required TIS report. Work began during the month of July and turning movement counts (TMC) were completed in August, when school began. The analysis was completed immediately after processing TMC data and the report was submitted within the established timeframe.
Key Partners: Banco Popular de Puerto Rico [popular.com]
Results: This new facility allows BPPR to consolidate its Islandwide presence and provide modern and comfortable facilities to its customers. The site will also accommodate additional commercial activities, promoting efficient land usage.
KEPSC is honored and proud to continue serving and partner with BPPR.
