Key Challenge: KEPSC provides guardrail inspection services to VDOT’s Bristol District.

Solution Approach: KEPSC passionately pursues safer surface transportation infrastructure that can lead to saving lives and reducing the number of sever injuries on our nation’s highways. Proactive inspection of existing roadway safety devices leads to adequate performance upon impact of errant vehicles, which can save occupants.

Results: KEPSC has been supporting VDOT’s Bristol District with guardrail inspection services since September 2025. Hundreds of Districtwide lane miles are inspected on a weekly basis.
