Timeline: Traffic data collection and turning movement counts: May 2023.Existing conditions traffic model and preliminary safety assessments: August to September 2023.

Key Challenge: To improve safety and traffic operationsandprovide accessibility to all usersalong the segment of Dale / Rippon Blvd. between Gideon Dr. and Blackburn Rd., which crosses over I-95.

Solution Approach: Klein Engineering, PSC is working with ATCS, PLC and Kittelson & Associates for the STARS project for Dale Blvd. / Rippon Blvd. in Prince William County.Existing conditions traffic models have been prepared in Synchro. A preliminary safety assessment has been completed and findings have been submitted.
