Key Challenge: KEPSC partnered with BCS Corporation to deliver a comprehensive civil site design for Natural Slim’s new 2-story headquarters. This project involved the strategic demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a modern, 4,800 square foot office building featuring integrated parking on the first level.
Solution Approach: KEPSC’s expertise ensured full compliance with both FEMA and Puerto Rico Planning Board regulations. Furthermore, KEPSC provided complete design and permitting services for the building’s sanitary sewer and potable water utilities, streamlining the development process.

Results: This new facility allows Natural Slim to significantly enhance service delivery to customers and provide an improved work environment for employees. The project was thoughtfully designed to minimize environmental impact and enhance the surrounding community. By avoiding excess fill, KEPSC prevented any increase in local flood levels, ensuring the project did not negatively impact the area. Additionally, the demolition of a dilapidated building and construction of the new office dramatically improved the safety and aesthetic appeal of the community block.
