Key Challenge: KEPSC is serving as traffic engineering consultants to PRCCDA for the analysis of proposed changes to the Fernández Juncos Avenue corridor as part of the redevelopment of the former navy piers in the San Juan Isle.

Solution Approach: KEPSC is excited and honored to be a part of the redevelopment of the San Juan Isle, which serves historically disadvantaged communities and is the gateway to the historical city of Old San Juan. Our team is passionate about providing opportunities for safe and comfortable mobility and accessibility to all users of the road, and will continue to work purposefully to support the multimodal redevelopment of the San Juan Isle.

Results: KEPSC has completed Phase I of the traffic analysis for the project and is working with PRCCDA and the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) to address and clarify comments to proceed with the final phase of the study.
